हायब्रीड कायदा...

       समाजातील संघर्ष टाळण्यासाठी कायद्याची निर्मिती झाली आहे. पण आज जर आपण आपल्या आजूबाजूला पाहीले तर आपल्या लक्षात येईल की, समाज आणि कायदा यांमध्ये संघर्ष निर्माण झाला आहे. आणि जेव्हा कायदा आणि समाज यामध्ये संघर्ष निर्माण होतो तेव्हा समाजाच्या अस्तित्वावरतीच प्रश्नचिन्ह उभे राहते.                         सध्या आपल्या देशात जे चालले आहे, जसे की, नागरिकत्व कायद्याविरूध्द लोक रस्त्यावर उतरले होते, संसदेमध्ये देखील गदारोळ चालू होता. आज कृषी कायद्यांच्या विरोधात लोक जीवाची पर्वा न करता रस्त्यावर उतरले आहेत. जर कायदे लोकांसाठी असतात, तर मग त्याच कायद्या विरोधात लोक रस्त्यावर का उतरत आहेत??        सरकारने यावरती विचार करण्याची गरज आहे. स्पष्ट बहूमत याचा अर्थ मनमानीपणे वागणे, घटनेच्या मुळ गाभ्यालाच(धर्मनिरपेक्षता-ठराविक एका धर्माला वगळणे,राज्यांना डावलने) धोका पोहोचेल असे कायदे करणे असा होत नाही. या कायद्यामुळे केंद्र-राज्य संबंधामध्ये देखील ठिणगी पडली आहे. कृषी हा विषय समवर्ती सुचीत असता...

         आपण स्वतः देशाला, समाजाला पुढे घेऊन जाण्यामध्ये एक महत्वाचा घटक आहोत. आपल्या देशाचे भविष्य हे आपल्या हातामध्ये आहे. आपल्या वर्तमानातील कृती याच देशाचे भविष्य ठरविणार आहेत. कोणीतरी महापुरूष येईल तो आपल्या देशाला तारेल या असल्या भ्रामक कल्पनांमध्ये रमण्यात काहीच साध्य नाही.            त्यासाठी स्वतःला त्यादृष्टीने तयार करावे लागेल, त्यासाठी चारित्रवान, जबाबदार, सदैव सेवेस तत्पर, कर्मयोगी नागरिकांची गरज आहे. आणि त्यासाठी आपणास परिश्रम करावे लागतील, ज्ञानयोग, भक्तियोग आणि कर्मयोग यांची सांगड घालून कार्यरत राहीले पाहीजे. ज्ञानासोबत बलोपासनाही करावी  लागेल.             महापुरुषांच्या चरित्रांचा अभ्यास  करावा लागेल, कारण त्यांनी महापुरुष/नारी होण्यासाठी कोणतेही क्लास लावसे नव्हते. नाही त्यांच्याजवळ दैवी शक्ती होत्या, त्यांनी आपल्यातील सर्व शक्ती जाणुन घेवुन त्याचा वापर केला, ते आपले कर्म करत राहीले, अगदी दृढ़ निश्चयाणे, न थकता- न थाबता, आपल्या निर्णयाशी ठाम राहीले, कोणत्याही संकटाला न घ...

New scrap policy and the reality of in our country...

        Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced in her 2021-2022 budget speech that 20-year-old vehicles would be scrapped. This will help reduce pollution by about 25 to 30 per cent and buy new vehicles to replace the old ones, This will give a boost to the Auto industry.         According to the Ministry of Roads and Transport, the new scrap policy will reduce the use of vehicles that cause more pollution. Which will result in contributing to the prevention of pollution.         It is also said that with this policy, the government wants to put more emphasis on public transport. It is true that this new policy will remove many old vehicles from transportation. But when it comes to public transportation, it's still not as efficient as it should be.
